Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your KARENSAM bandana, but if there is any issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.  As our items are made to order and carefully checked before dispatch, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or if there has been an error on our part.  Please double-check your selected size before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your pet.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bandana arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error made on my part, I want to make it right! Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund.
