Welcome to the KARENSAM Website Terms and Conditions. By browsing and purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Made-to-Order & Handcrafted Nature

  • All KARENSAM dog bandanas are lovingly handcrafted and made-to-order right here in the UK.
  • Because each item is individually made for your pet after you place your order, minor variations in pattern placement, stitching, size, and colour may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather the unique characteristics of a bespoke, handmade item.
  • Safety Warning: It is the pet owner's responsibility to determine the suitability of the bandana for their dog. Please supervise your pet while they are wearing any accessory. KARENSAM cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of our products.

2. Ordering, Processing Times & Payment

  • By placing an order, you accept that your item will be custom-made for you. Please check our current processing/turnaround times stated on the website before ordering.
  • Payment must be received in full before we begin making your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK Shipping: We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times apply after your item has been handcrafted and dispatched.
  • International Shipping: We happily ship worldwide! Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Made-to-Order Policy)

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Because all of our products are strictly made-to-order to your specifications (size/fabric choice), they are exempt from the standard UK 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the incorrect size. Please measure your dog carefully using our size guide before ordering.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once production on your handmade bandana has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your item arrives faulty, damaged, or we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will happily arrange a replacement or a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of KARENSAM and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our imagery or designs without explicit written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, address, email) will only be used to process your order and will never be sold or shared with third parties, in line with UK GDPR rules.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts
